I came out with a healed relationship with my husband (having been on the brink of divorce), with my parents and most importantly, with myself.
With her guidance I feel more grounded and present in my body. This link between talking therapy and somatics is what made the difference.
What I loved most was how Sabika helped me centre my faith in her therapeutic approach, which helped me in growing closer to God.
Having a Muslim, hijabi, mum coach who has so much experience and understands everything I was going through is so invaluable. I knew that I needed someone who understood my culture and mindset and could give me practical advice as to how to improve.
Sabika is the first person I've felt who was able to help me really understand my triggers and my wounds.
I have learnt to stop focusing on pleasing others and to take care of my inner-child first, which would put me in a better place to take care of others and nurture my relationships.
I have been operating on survival mode for as long as I can remember. She has helped me out of that by creating a safe space for me to work through issues. This has helped me show up as a better wife, mum, daughter.
I know how to set boundaries without feeling guilt. I am a better mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend.
It felt like a safe space always, and the ability to talk about anything.
She kept it real. She was such a gentle guide.
I am enough. I am complete.
Her guidance has truly helped me come home to myself.

The Sacred Return
A three-part process to understand what's keeping you stuck, work with what you've been carrying and begin returning to your Fitrah.
Reveal
See what's actually happening.
Understand the triggers, patterns and unconscious responses shaping the way you show up in your closest relationships.
Release
Work with what's underneath them.
Using somatic and re-parenting work, begin tending to the emotional wounds, unmet needs and survival patterns you've been carrying.
Return
Build a different way forward.
Reconnect with yourself, your relationships and your Fitrah, the woman Allah created you to be, beneath the wounds, conditioning and survival patterns.

You promised yourself you'd do things differently.
- You and your husband keep having the same argument in slightly different ways.
- You lose your patience with your children then regret the way you handled it.
- Sometimes you hear your own mum in the things you say.
- You know some of your triggers, but knowing doesn't seem to stop the reaction.
- You hold everything together outside the home, then feel overwhelmed by the people you love most.
- And somewhere underneath it all is the fear that you're passing some of this on.
Understanding where the pattern came from isn't always enough to change it.
You might already know why you react the way you do.
Because the patterns we carry don't only show up in what we think. They can show up in:
- Our marriage
- Our parenting
- Our emotional responses
- Our relationship with ourselves
- Even our connection with Allah

You may understand your childhood.
Know your triggers.
Have reflected on your relationship with your parents.
And still find yourself reacting before you've had a chance to think.
The Sacred Return is about working with what sits underneath those patterns, not simply becoming more aware of them.

Meet Sabika Rezavi
1:1 therapeutic coaching · MSc Psychology · TEDx speaker
I'm Sabika Rezavi. I offer 1:1 therapeutic coaching for Muslim women who want to understand and change the patterns showing up in their closest relationships.
My work brings together psychology, the Enneagram, somatic work and reparenting alongside an understanding of the faith and cultural context in which many Muslim women experience marriage, motherhood and family.
The Sacred Return also grew from my own experience of realising that understanding my patterns intellectually wasn't the same as being free from them.
This work is about bringing those pieces together: mind, body, relationships and faith.

- You're willing to look beyond what's happening on the surface.
- You want to work on your own responses rather than simply change everyone around you.
- You're willing to reflect, participate and do the work between sessions.
- You want support that understands your faith and cultural context.
FAQ
Questions you might have

Is this therapy?
No. Sabika is a therapeutic/reparenting coach with an MSc in Psychology, not a therapist, and The Sacred Return isn't a substitute for therapy or medical care.
If Sabika believes what you're experiencing requires a different form of support, she'll tell you.
Do I need to have had a difficult childhood?
No. Needs can go unmet even in loving families with parents who were doing the best they could.
This isn't about blaming your parents. It's about understanding what shaped you and how it may still be showing up today.
Will I have to talk about things I'm not ready to discuss?
No. You set the pace. Nothing needs to be forced.
Is the programme online?
Yes. The 1:1 programme is online, and Sabika works with women in the UK and internationally.
